"Mike spent a lot of time helping us design how our wetback system should work to get our hot water cylinder to fit in our small roof cavity, this was before we’d even finalized we were going to go with them for sure. 

They did the whole plumbing for our house which was being heavily renovated, it had all old plumbing, and the renos are still ongoing. I’m most impressed by how they really know their stuff. They’re generally good and knowledgeable to work with. 

Sometimes they could improve on their communication when they’re going to turn up, but on the flip side, they’re very flexible. I mistakenly forgot we needed to get them in for when we got our benchtop put in, they showed a lot of flexibility in putting us as a high priority to get the job done. "

It’s the same day service, they’re proactive, anything I’ve had to go to him about he’s been very good at a quick response time. Especially with the amount of work they’ll have on yet they’re willing to give you a call and actually make it in the next couple of days."

Mains Plumbers have done hot water cylinder work with some repairs for my Mum, he’s doing a hot water cylinder for my Auntie, he’s done sumps and drains at my house. And he gets the job done. 

I rang him on a Sunday with a problem in our rental house which needed sorted as soon as he could, he went right there and organised it, had it done by Monday. He got into it even on his day off. 

I trust what Mike says, if he tells me something needs to be done he’s not going to put me wrong, I like his straight up approach."

Mains have worked on my house, renovations for my parents and a new build for my parents, and they do a lot of commercial work as we manage commercial properties. They do all our stuff right across the board.

If things go wrong with any work they do they’re there to fix it the next day. Sometimes it doesn’t go quite to plan, there’s been the odd mistake but they’ve always fixed it and he’s always been reliable.
